Terms of Service
Last updated 2 September 2026
Who this agreement is between
These terms are between HuntMe Links LLC, 213 Boundary St NW, Lenoir, NC 28645, United States (“we”, “us”, “HuntMe Links”) and you, the publisher holding an account on this platform.
By creating an account and using the service you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
What the service is
We aggregate merchant programmes from affiliate networks and make them available to you in one place. You generate tracking links, promote them through your own channels, and we credit you a share of the commission the merchant pays on sales you generate.
We are an intermediary. We do not sell the goods, we do not set the merchant’s commission rates, and we do not decide whether a sale is valid — the merchant and its network do.
Applying and approval
Accounts are approved by us before they can be used. We may decline an application, and we are not obliged to give a reason. Until your account is approved you can sign in but cannot generate links or earn commission.
Individual merchants may also approve or decline you separately, based on the channels you list. We do not control those decisions.
Everything you tell us must be accurate and kept up to date — your identity, your address, your channels and your payment details. We pay against the details in your account, and we are not responsible for a payment that fails or goes astray because they were wrong.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
One person or company, one account, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
How you may promote
You may promote through the channels you have listed and we have approved. You may not:
- generate clicks or sales artificially — by bots, scripts, click farms, incentivised clicking, or by ordering through your own links to earn commission on your own purchase;
- misrepresent a merchant, its prices, its offers or its terms, or imply an endorsement or relationship that does not exist;
- promote through spam, malware, adware, browser extensions that inject or overwrite affiliate links, or any method that hijacks another publisher’s tracking;
- promote alongside content that is illegal, hateful, adult, or otherwise likely to damage a merchant’s reputation;
- breach the individual rules of a merchant or network whose programme you are promoting, including their rules on paid search and brand bidding.
These rules exist because commission is paid by merchants who can and do reverse it. Where you break them, the commission was never really earned.
Three breaches and your account is suspended. Where an advertiser or network tells us you have broken their own terms, we will pass that on to you. On the third such breach your account is suspended. We count breaches that the advertiser upholds, not every complaint made, and we will tell you each time one is recorded against you so that a suspension is never the first you hear of it.
Commission
You earn a share of the commission the merchant pays us on a sale attributed to you. The default share is 70%. Your own rate is shown in your account and may be set anywhere between 1% and 95% by agreement.
Your rate is fixed at the moment each transaction is recorded. If we change your rate later, it applies only to transactions recorded after the change — anything you have already earned is not recalculated, up or down.
Every transaction moves through the following states:
- Pending — the sale has been reported but the merchant has not yet validated it. Nothing is owed yet.
- Confirmed — the merchant has validated the sale. Your share becomes payable.
- Declined — the merchant has rejected the sale, commonly because the order was cancelled, returned, unpaid or duplicated. A declined sale pays nobody: we are not paid either, and nothing is owed to you.
- Paid — the amount has been included in a payout to you.
A sale can be declined after it was confirmed, if the merchant reverses it. Where that happens after we have already paid you, we may set the amount against future earnings.
Earnings are recorded in the currency the sale was made in, and that record is what you are owed. So that one figure can be shown across merchants trading in different currencies, amounts are also displayed in US dollars, converted at European Central Bank reference rates for the date stated beside them. The converted figure is for presentation only: where it differs from the recorded amount, the amount in the sale’s own currency governs. Where we hold no rate for a currency, that amount is left out of displayed totals and identified as such, rather than being counted as though it were dollars.
Getting paid
We pay confirmed earnings by bank transfer to the account in your payment details, on Net 30 terms, once your confirmed balance reaches the minimum payout shown on your Finance screen — 50 in your account currency by default.
Below the minimum, your balance rolls forward until it is reached. Bank charges levied by your own bank or an intermediary are yours.
You are responsible for your own taxes. We do not withhold tax and we do not give tax advice. Where the law requires us to collect a tax identifier or report a payment, you agree to give us what we need.
If you believe a figure is wrong, tell us within 60 days of it appearing in your account so we can raise it with the network while the records are still available.
Suspension and closing your account
You may close your account at any time. Confirmed earnings already owed to you remain payable at the next payment run that clears the minimum.
We may suspend or close your account, and withhold unpaid commission, where we reasonably believe you have broken these terms — in particular where traffic appears to be fraudulent or artificially generated, or on a third upheld breach of an advertiser’s own terms. Where we do, we will tell you why and you may put your case to us.
We may also close accounts that have been inactive and hold no balance, and we may stop offering the service entirely on reasonable notice, paying out everything owed.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee any level of earnings, that any particular merchant will be available, that a merchant will approve you, or that a network will report every sale correctly. Our records of your earnings come from the networks, and we can only pay what they report and pay to us.
The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and accurate but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of error.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or anticipated earnings. Our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the total commission we paid you in that period.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.
Changes
We may change these terms. Where a change materially affects you — your commission share, how you are paid, or what you are allowed to do — we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, and the courts there have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in another country, this does not remove protections you have under your own law.
